The Planned Giving Coordinator / Donor Records Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of details of the university’s planned giving program and maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring the integrity of donor data. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing Azusa Pacific University’s mission.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions
Planned Giving Coordination
* Work with the Executive Assistant and Executive Director of Major and Planned Gifts to help execute a comprehensive plan of Planned Giving Marketing touchpoints, including newsletters, mailings, and email solicitations.
Donor Records Coordination
* Contribute to the accuracy and maintenance of the university’s donor database.
