Being a B2B2C company, the role demands an understanding of both client and end user’s needs, an innovative problem solving approach, and a bias towards exceptional user experience. Collaboration, relationship-building, and communication are key aspects to being successful in this role.

In order to accomplish this, you will own the Collections Management offering within our Student Financial Software and be responsible for its roadmap, solutions, management of a cross functional team and more.. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$130,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
