The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our programs through strategic planning, compelling storytelling, and data-driven marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, overseeing paid media campaigns, and creating impactful program messaging to connect with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis, paired with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring consistent messaging, optimizing marketing efforts, and delivering measurable results that align with Chamberlain University’s goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product launches, positioning, and messaging to drive awareness and engagement.
Leverage storytelling techniques to articulate the product’s value proposition, connecting its features and benefits to the needs and aspirations of target audiences.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Partner with product management, enrollment, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
Oversee paid media strategies and collaborate with the media team to execute campaigns that amplify product and institution messaging and maximize reach and engagement.
Develop presentations to empower internal teams with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate product benefits to prospects.
Performs other duties as assigned.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696 and $124,230. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
