In this role you will educate families about Cultural Care as a childcare solution and uncover the childcare needs of the potential host family to determine if the family is the right fit for our program. You’ll inspire families about the cultural exchange aspects of hosting an au pair. In this role you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of interested host families. With the goal of completing their profile and beginning their au pair search. You must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high task environment. You will play a large role in reaching sales goals, and become an expert in expectation setting and driving urgency-all while working with a diverse set of colleagues on your team and overseas.
