POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing various resources to our language business with priority to recruit and assign qualified language trainers to English and foreign language programs. He/she must be a team player, strive to ensure client satisfaction and be able to manage a diverse set of administrative tasks to ensure the necessary language program resources are available. This position reports to the Director of Training & Development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage all aspects of resourcing Trainers for on-going English and foreign language programs. Create and maintain social media and networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote brand, build marketing and acquire new customers; report on key metrics showing success.
