    Position Summary

    Restoration Analyst, Partnerships will play a vital role within the Academic Operations team, focusing on supporting the Partnerships team in rebuilding and revitalizing underperforming territories. This position will be responsible for driving growth in these regions by advancing partnerships that facilitate experiential learning opportunities. The Restoration Analyst will ensure that all efforts align with Nightingale College's mission, vision, and pathways, contributing to our overarching goal of providing transformative, community-focused education.

    Essential Function and Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in territory restoration, providing guidance to other team members within Academic Operations to support overall functional goals.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to assess, prepare, and restore services for IP and DFC placements within underperforming territories.
    • Acts as the primary liaison for clinical agencies during the territory restoration process, including negotiating, renewing, and maintaining affiliation agreements to support experiential learning.
    • Manages the seamless cross-functional transition from initial restoration efforts to long-term, sustained partner engagement.
    • Works cross-functionally within Academic Operations to develop and maintain open channels of communication between Nightingale College and existing or dormant partners, fostering re-engagement and growth opportunities.
    • Researches and identifies new potential partnerships in failing or underserved regions.
    • Updates and maintains accurate records of all partner interactions, agreements, and relevant documentation in the Customer Resource Management (CRM) database and SharePoint.
    • Prepares and distributes professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across Academic Operations and the national partners.
    • Collects and analyzes partner feedback to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements to strengthen long-term partnerships.
    • Contributes to functional strategy discussions, offering insights into territory restoration needs and advising on expansion opportunities within failing regions.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    • Demonstrated at least four years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in a variety of care settings including acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care is required.
    • Demonstrated superior communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
    • Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating, integrity, transparency, responsibility, and respect when working with partners and internal teams.
    • Demonstrated superior technical skills in the utilization of Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint and the Customer Resource Management (CRM) database is required.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce proactive, high-quality work with minimal supervision, consistently identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to drive solutions.
