Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist project team in assuring the project is constructed on time, within budget and per plans and specifications. * Surveying for civil and structural layout using a transit and/or total station. * Interior layout including partitions, MEP devices, OFE and reflected ceiling plans * Assist with all QC procedures per R&Ms P&P manual and as needed by the project. * Assist with drawing and specification updates. * Perform all duties assigned by Robins & Morton Superintendent and/or Foreman. * Learn, understand and enforce R&Ms employment policies * Assist in administering and enforcing Robins & Morton and Owner Infection Control Plan. * Monitor and enforce jobsite cleanup. * Monitor and enforce quality control. Develop and work off all punch lists. Check pre-construction and post-construction lists in each sequence. * Monitor and enforce jobsite security. * Assist with Jobsite Safety. Participate in weekly Safety Meetings and help with weekly site safety walks. Correct any observed violations immediately. * Assist with handling, storage and installation of Owner Furnished Equipment and Furniture. * Assist Project Manager with closeout documentation. * Contribute to the overall team effort by maintaining positive relations with Owner, Owner Representatives and Designers. Advanced analytical and reading skills * Relationship Skills Ability to work effectively with team members & subcontractors. * Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Program required. Experience with additional construction related technology programs for scheduling, modeling, billing, etc. preferred. * Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, trigonometry and geometry. * Reasoning Abilities - Use of basic reasoning, thinking on your feet, and ability to resolve issues quickly with little or no direction from a superior.
