    Job Description

    We are currently building our cohort of school leaders for the 24-25 school year!

    The School Leadership Accelerator provides a pathway for teachers or school staff looking to grow, learn, and develop their skills. School leadership opportunities at Success Academy include Business Operations Manager, Assistant Principal, and College Access & Preparedness Manager. Apply for the Leadership Accelerator and we will explore opportunities with you based on your experience.

    We invite you to apply if you:

    • Have 2-5 years of experience as a lead teacher or school-based staff member
    • Hold high standards for the quality of work and a reflex to improve at every turn
    • Have a record of exceptional student achievement and results
    • Have a growth mindset
    • Can command a room
    • Have potential to lead other teachers; management experience preferred
    • Enjoy learning and can receive tough feedback
    • Have experience building and managing relationships with teachers, students, and families
    • Are willing to deeply embed yourself into the community of the school, ensuring strong relationships, high engagement, and great operational results
    • Are a resourceful problem-solver who proactively shares best practices
