    Job Description

    Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). We are looking for a data driven and strategic thinker with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization to drive a frictionless family experience throughout the marketing funnel. This position reports to our Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

    As our CRO Senior Specialist, you will synthesize data, heatmaps, funnel reporting, and other customer feedback touchpoints to inform and prioritize a testing roadmap. You will be conversant in market trends, dive deep into experiment data and collaborate with our technology and product owners to drive our business goals and key marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Create and implement A/B testing roadmap, including regular readouts on performance

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, optimize website traffic and user engagement to drive conversion and lead capture

    • Report on industry trends and best practices in website marketing, actively suggesting and testing new ideas and approaches

    • Monitor our marketing and enrollment funnels daily to identify leaks and suggest and implement strategies for improvement

    • Support lead generation efforts with site forms, pop-ups, quizzes, surveys and other strategies

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

    • Strong knowledge of website analytics and reporting

    • Knowledge of testing platforms like VWO, and best practices

    • Data-driven approach to CRO and campaign management

    • Familiarity with web development platforms like Hubspot, Instapage, Wordpress

    • Strong communicator with an ability to synthesize complex information

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven

    • Nimble problem solver with a bias toward action

    • Familiarity with SEO and SEM

    • Experience driving integrations with and/or improving an existing tech stack a plus

    Compensation Range

    Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
