Counselor at Special Needs Camp
- Responsibilities
Counselors at Summit work with groupings of 8-9 boys or girls, aged 8-12 years, 13-14 years, or 15-19 years, that have needs such as AD/HD, LD, and HFA.
Our programs are traditional camp programs, so counselors participate in recreational activities supervising their bunks.

Prior experience with at-risk, special needs, or fragile populations.

Experience with children and mental health.
- CompensationStipends start at $1850 and are commensurate with experience and age. Travel allotments are provided to off-set travel to NYC. There is a bus from NYC provided for staff to arrive at camp.
