Job Description

As the fastest-growing, highest-performing charter school network in New York State, Success Academy is reimagining K-12 public education. We now need a results-driven Specialist, Response Management Operations within the Content Management team to join our Schooling Team.

The Content Management Team is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to authoring, publishing, and delivering high-quality educational materials that empower educators and learners. By bridging the gap between content design, technology, and school operations, the team ensures seamless delivery of print and digital content while maintaining rigorous quality standards. With a focus on operational excellence, the team also supports robust response management systems to address and resolve content-related issues efficiently, enabling educators to focus on what matters most-teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and respond to tickets from educators in the centralized system.

• Report on ticket trends to support ticket response strategy and prioritization

• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve content delivery and assessment issues.

• Assist in refining response workflows and publishing dashboards.

• Provide clear communication updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

• Proven project management experience in educational or publishing contexts.

• Takes a data-centric approach in driving discussions and decision-making

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Proven project management experience in educational or publishing contexts, including the use of project management tools.

• Expertise in content creation tools and standards.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with processes for content development is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills including the ability to analyze large datasets, and proactively communicate insights.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Google applications (docs, sheets, etc.) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Monday.com.

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
