    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Scholar Recruitment Team Lead, focusing on driving applications and enrollment to high-need schools in the Bronx. As the lead for the Bronx market, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance scholar recruitment and enrollment outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Bronx Market: Strategically drive student applications and enrollment to designated high-need schools within the Bronx, employing innovative and targeted recruitment strategies

    • Strategy and Vision: Develop and oversee the strategic vision for scholar recruitment and enrollment in the Bronx, aligning initiatives with organizational goals

    • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and cohesion.

    • Campaign Development: Create and implement comprehensive recruitment campaigns tailored to the Bronx market, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outreach and engagement.

    • Community Engagement : Build and maintain effective partnerships with school leaders, community organizations and key stakeholders to strengthen recruitment efforts and support enrollment goals.

    • Performance Monitoring : Monitor recruitment metrics and enrollment trends, regularly evaluating progress towards targets and adapting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in Spanish preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree required; degree preferred in education, marketing, or related field.

    • Proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment management or educational leadership

    • Deep understanding of educational equity issues and a commitment to advancing access to quality education for underserved communities.

    • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes

    • Knowledge of the Bronx educational landscape and community dynamics preferred

    Compensation Range

    Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
