Job Description

The Tech Rep will provide comprehensive technical support to the sales forces and customers.

• Respond to all calls with regards to technical inquiries
• Issue letters and certifications upon request
• Job site visits and reports for warranty projects
• Maintain competitive product library
• Review all new and revised literature for technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (Bachelors in Business or Technical field)
• Min of 4 years sales, marketing or technical services experience
• Ability to travel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong Customer focus
