    The Opportunity:

    The Partnerships sales team forges strategic alliances with organizations across North America to develop member travel programs. As a member of our high energy, collaborative and competitive sales team, you will play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies while simultaneously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Your greatest assets are your killer sales drive, never-give-up attitude, competitive nature, organization, and enthusiasm for travel. You will be a critical part of a team that values personal performance, creativity, and determination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently uncover new business opportunities, build pipeline, close new business and manage a book of business.
    • Qualify, educate, and nurture high level leads
    • Maintain and practice high levels of outreach centered on phone conversations and video conversations.
    • Effectively manage and communicate sales forecast.
    • Become an expert on the EF/Go Ahead Tours product.
    • Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect, initiate product interest and overcome customer objections.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
    • Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish your goals.
    • Perform competitive market and industry analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong verbal communication and influencing skills (must be able to connect with a diverse range of individuals via telephone/video conference)
    • Able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Intrinsically motivated to hit goals and create your own success.
    • Demonstrates personal accountability, self-awareness, growth mindset.
    • Adept in problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team and across departments.
    • Must have relevant sales experience.
    • Business Development Experience strongly preferred.

    • Compensation: Tour Consultants have an on-target earning potential ranging from $54,000- 67,000 plus uncapped bonus opportunity for exceeding sales goals. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Opportunity is also open to Senior Tour Consultants.
