Lennar Foundation Medical Center exciting opportunity for a Patient Access Representative. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the greeting and on-site registration of patients to the clinics based on multiple types of services; prioritizing registrations, as appropriate. Performs all on-site patient access registration related functions promptly without compromising patient safety, quality, service levels, and reimbursement. Informs patients or their representatives of financial requirements, collecting when necessary according to established guidelines and financial policy for both POS 11, 22 multi-specialty clinics and hospital departments across the UHealth System. Minimum requirements are High School Diploma, Bachelor's preferred and one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or customer service related setting preferred.
