    Job Description

    Content Leadership:

    • Develop data-led innovation & content strategies across assigned client(s), leading to ownable consumer engagement opportunities across the media landscape.
    • Embody both creative story-telling and thought leadership capabilities with analytical and technical knowledge and skill to perform at a high level. Has a strong command of the overall content landscape from a brand communication and publisher perspective.
    • Lead the way in scouting & nurturing new ways to innovate for our client through nontraditional media places & spaces, with a focus on bringing forward ‘what’s next’.
    • Support the total content & influencer practice across the organization, inclusive of thought leadership, sharing of learnings, staff development & mentorship, and innovation efforts.
    • Collaborate with media partners, IP holders, and/or talent to identify, create, customize and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with media partners to enable mutually successful negotiation outcomes, access to innovations, and white-glove campaign execution.
    • Lead project execution, campaigns, integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, streaming, social, print, event, interactive, and innovation platforms.
    • Supervise the development, and monitoring of custom content & innovation executions, assuring quality control across implementation while mapping back to strategic intent.
    • Facilitate collaboration with internal, publisher and client measurement leads to establish and report on program KPIs and drive optimization efforts
    • Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Search and Analytics teams to create integrated marketing solutions driving measurable ROI. Extend collaboration with other departments or disciplines to create opportunity and drive growth.
    • Participate in new business pitches as Content/Innovation lead when required

    Client Management:

    • Serve as client contact for all content and creative, regularly presenting recommendations and results to clients via formal & informal channels
    • Build strong relationship with client team leads, continuously showcasing Zenith’s content strengths, thought leadership, innovation capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead a team of Directors, Managers and Associates. Support, direct, mentor team to ensure individual, team, and client success.
    • Embraces and encourages a culture based on cross team work, communication, collaboration, and innovative curiosity
    • Brings content knowledge and supports trainings for all members of the team.
    • Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams (Strategy, Biddable, Video, Search and Analytics teams), working collaboratively to plan, execute and optimize campaigns that meet objectives
    • Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members; conducts performance reviews for direct reports, helping them to further grow in their career
    • Support greater Zenith Content practice as well as Publicis Media Content & Innovation practice by attending all meetings, trainings, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
    • 8-10 years of content, creative, marketing experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of the production process for all mediums, including what it takes to deliver first-to-market
    • Solid relationships with marketing, creative and production teams at marketplace partners as well an independent third parties
    • Knowledge of social listening tools to aid in content strategy development (Netbase, Google trends, GWI, etc…)
    • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
    • Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $153,000 - $185,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/05/2024.
