Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Proven payments industry experience – **** you’ve led payment method or platform teams at financial technology or financial services companies with a focus on customer experience and scaling payment platforms.
- 10+ years of product leadership experience
- Hands-on leader – you can inspire and lead high-performing teams while also rolling up your sleeves to dive into details when needed. You’re not just a strategist—you thrive on execution and making an impact.
- You understand payment acceptance, disbursements, FX, treasury, and payment APIs.
- Track record of building and integrating complex platforms – You’ve led teams that built APIs, modular payment services, or scalable money movement infrastructure.
- Customer-obsessed & data-driven – you excel at using data, experimentation, and insights to drive payment performance and user experience.
- Strong technical acumen – while not an engineer, you’re fluent in payments architecture, API design, and payment system resiliency.
- Strategic & execution-oriented – you can define a vision, align stakeholders, and execute ruthlessly.
- Stakeholder management – you have proven experience of effectively managing senior internal and external stakeholders
- Global mindset – experience working with international teams and solving cross-border payments challenges.
