    Job Description

    Overview:
    This role is responsible for driving strategic development and execution of campaigns across platform traded Display, Mobile, Native, and Video channels. The Executive Vice President assists with budget and forecasting, and is accountable for supporting the business goals, and is accountable for driving the evolution to platform based buying for the agency. The Executive Vice President serves as the escalation point of contact for key clients and internal teams, as well as for product leads across Publicis Media. The Executive Vice President will establish strong relationships and clear lines of communication with agency partners and the client services teams alike. This leader will also be responsible for ongoing development of a platform evolution plan for the agency, crystallizing the requirements for product & service capabilities to leverage the full Publicis Groupe resources to deliver.

    Role Objectives:

    • Assume accountability and ownership of practice plan & evolution needs
    • Proactively and consistently communicate with client and liaise with strategy, planning, analytics, data architecture, etc. teams to run point on all digital activity, driving further adoption of platform based buying
    • Galvanize, motivate, and inspire across the Agency media teams
    • Manage talent operations across the entire practice, ensuring balanced teams able to deliver on client objectives
    • Drive sales of complex programmatic solutions including technology stack, media partnerships & service models – selecting the best model to fit each client scenario
    • Demonstrate collaborative, confident, and persuasive client management skills
    • Evangelize and guide product development of proprietary solutions across the Groupe
    • Build strong commercial offers for clients that market our capabilities and approach, ensuring that clients understand and appreciate the technology and people costs involved in the offer
    • Direct and assist with the macro work flow of all Programmatic campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps
    • Proactively communicate with Agency media teams to respond to RFPs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
    • Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
    • Develop and effectively communicate Programmatic team's value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
    • Participate in forecasting exercises for senior management and Publicis Media leadership
    • Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
    • Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices
    • Train, mentor, and develop direct reports and team members
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Expert knowledge of the programmatic landscape from all sides
    • Expertise in top programmatic, adserving, and data management platforms
    • 15+ years of experience in Programmatic/Precision media buying
    • 15+ years with increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company, including client-facing responsibilities
    • 10+ years of people management experience, managing 3+ senior level reports on account management/client services team
    • Experience working in The Trade Desk and/or DV360
    • Ability to lead a vision and drive growth
    • Participate and lead new business pitches
    • Demonstrate understanding of client business needs and provide solutions across categories

    Compensation Range: $241,000.00 - $325,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
