    The Opportunity

    • Assist Total Rewards team with internal and external audits, research and review of benefits and wellness programs, maintain and update team intranet site
    • Assist with administration of benefits enrollment, liase with insurance providers, and internal communication with clients
    • Research of new wellbeing and benefit programs
    • Research of data and information for audits and other compliance needs
    • Participates and help to administer Total Rewards projects and initiatives
    • Contribute to the automation of People processes and new People system implementation
    • Assist Compensation team with support on annual salary reviews and other projects

    Qualifications

    • Must be pursing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR (Human Resources) or related fields preferred
    • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy
    • High level prioritization and organization skills, with ability to work independently, and use good judgement to deliver high-quality results
    • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, creativity, and agility
    • Has strong interpersonal and collaboration skills crucial for team-based working
    • Strong service orientation with a proven desire to go above and beyond
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability and confidence to collaborate with all levels of the organization
    • Computer proficiency and technical competence with strong skills in MS Word and Excel
    • Candidate must not now, nor in the future require visa sponsorship to maintain work authorization
