Job Title: Summer 2018- Legal Intern Facility / Location: AEG - LA Live Building A City: Los Angeles State: California External Job Description: AEG Legal is conducting a search for a Legal Intern. The Legal Intern's responsibilities include but are not limited to working closely with the team to draft contracts/agreements, assist with corporate resolutions, and work on a long-term project. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting vendor agreements, sponsorships and other transaction documents Assist in drafting corporate resolutions and other governance documents Develop a long-term project in an area of interest Perform legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant topics Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks (e.g. writing letters) Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and manage time effectively Work well in a team environment and independently as required Ability to work 20 hours per week Must be a full-time student at an accredited law school and provide proof of enrollment AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employees job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
