    The Role and What You’ll Do :

    The Account Executive, Partnerships will support the day-to-day management of select clients’ sponsorship development, planning, and activation marketing initiatives across our sports and entertainment sponsorship portfolio. Specifically, this position will partner with the Senior Account Executive and Account team to develop strategy, planning, and execution efforts around investments mainly within basketball.

    • Day-to-day support of client's marketing and sponsorship plans
    • Manage and ensure implementation of current contracted sponsorship assets across sports partnerships
    • Coordinate and manage regular client/partner calls
    • Support programs with internal/external client partners (Advertising, Media, Social, etc.)
    • Support the creation and implementation of sponsorship strategy and activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stake holders, distribution of materials to the client
    • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
    • Ongoing exploration of sports partnerships strategy based on client needs
    • Attend client events, as necessary
    • Some travel and event staffing required; some night and weekend work required
    • Other job-related duties as specified by your manager

    You Have These:

    • A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience
    • Excellent time management skills (ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple workstreams/tasks)
    • Basketball specific experience preferred/is a plus.
    • Proven ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Prior experience in managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative self-starter
    • Capable of managing multiple projects independently and diligently while delivering under time pressure towards pre-defined goals
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
    • Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach
    • Ability to travel 10% of the time (including weekends)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite

    Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Range Minimum: $58,500 annually

    Hiring Range Maximum: $66,415 annually
