    Job Description

    We are looking for a Associate Manager, Member Marketing with who is looking to grow in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy and executing a variety of initiatives aimed at driving trial, adoption, usage, and churn reduction of our Member products/ancillary services. Working with our Product/Ancillary and Brand marketing teams, this individual will help craft the narrative and positioning for our Member products, and then work with CRM and Tech teams to develop and execute a communication plan for our Member population. This communication strategy will use channels such as member emails (ad hoc, journeys, and triggered comms), the Equinox app, website, and in-club marketing channels. This person will also consider the Member user flow beginning with communication touch points and ending with conversion to desired business outcomes. Finally, this person will bring an inherent test and learn philosophy to be setting and up and leverage testing to be continuously optimizing communication flows to drive results and enhance the user flow.

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive member trial, usage, and engagement of products/ancillary services
    • Developing strategies to engage current product/ancillary Members and drive continued usage and reduce churn
    • Crafting omni-channel communication plans that reinforce the brand message around each ancillary service and drive toward business outcomes
    • Manage omni-channel campaigns through execution with internal deployment teams
    • Development of rigorous measurement plans as well as a testing framework for each initiative
    • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to incorporate member data into all marketing efforts and analyze campaign results
    • Craft thoughtful briefs and collaborate closely with the Creative team on the creation of marketing assets
    • Support Member Marketing Director on presentations for the Chief Marketing Officer and other executive leadership
    • Foster cross-functional relationships with the ancillary, brand, CRM, social media, acquisition, and public relations teams
    • Track campaign performance and provide recapitulation decks to key stakeholders with go-forward optimization recommendations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a leading lifestyle or consumer brand, Membership or Product Marketing role
    • Expertise with developing and management communication journeys
    • Rigorous A/B testing and analytical mindset and experience to be constantly iterating and optimizing
    • Strategic mindset and the ability to execute a plan that achieves financial goals and business outcomes
    • Ability to work closely with and gain alignment from cross-functional partners
    • Excellent project management, organization, multi-tasking and writing skills
    • Strong communicator with high interpersonal skills
    • Passion for the Equinox brand

    Pay Transparency: Min 85K - Max 95K
