    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the fitness industry.     Responsibilities:

    Oversee and lead the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience

    Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

    Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in the fitness or related industry

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    Knowledge of fitness products and services

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

    Requirements:
