Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team – Manage and inspire a dedicated customer service team, setting a high standard for excellence and creating a warm, inviting environment.
Shape Service Excellence – Develop and implement customer service policies that align with our fitness values, enhancing each client interaction.
Train and Coach – Equip the front desk team with the knowledge and skills needed for outstanding service, focusing on product expertise and high standards.
Handle Escalations – Take charge of complex customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them with professionalism to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to elevate service quality.
Cross-Department Collaboration – Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues, improving the overall member experience.
Stay Informed – Keep current with industry trends and customer preferences to adapt and enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
Industry Experience – Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, ideally in fitness or a related field.
Leadership Skills – Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.
Exceptional Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Fitness Knowledge – Familiarity with fitness products and services, adding valuable insights to customer interactions.
Multitasking Excellence – Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
