Position Overview: As a Dishwasher at San Jose Country Club, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a team-oriented attitude. We are looking for someone who values excellence, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service always.

Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.

Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, storage areas, and workstations.

Support kitchen staff in keeping inventory of dishwashing supplies and notify supervisors when additional stock is needed.

Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and reliable.
