Lead, Inspire, and Grow as a District Manager at Texas Family Fitness!

Texas Family Fitness is looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple clubs, drive revenue, and elevate Membership and Personal Training Sales teams. In this role, you’ll set a clear vision, inspire excellence, and ensure each location not only meets but exceeds its revenue and customer experience goals. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Motivation
Inspire Teams – Cultivate a collaborative environment where club managers and staff feel energized and focused on achieving excellence.
Lead by Example – Communicate clearly and foster a motivating culture that drives success at every level.
Revenue Generation and Financial Management
Drive Revenue – Oversee all revenue streams, including Membership and Personal Training Sales, ensuring each club meets its monthly targets.
Set Goals and Manage Performance – Implement marketing strategies, set clear objectives, and hold Club General Managers accountable for district-wide financial and performance goals.
Financial Oversight – Monitor each club's financial health by reviewing key metrics and P&L performance with leadership teams.
Performance Management
Develop High-Performing Teams – Lead regular sales meetings and trainings to elevate team skills across all clubs.
Analyze and Coach – Prepare sales reports and provide coaching based on insights to maximize growth and performance.
Ongoing Training – Regularly train team members on club operations, team management, and customer service to enhance the member experience.
Recruitment and Retention
Build a Winning Team – Ensure all clubs are staffed with well-trained employees who embody Texas Family Fitness values.
Develop Future Leaders – Collaborate with General Managers and HR to recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across all levels.
Performance Improvement – Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to continually improve team effectiveness and morale.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a fitness-related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fitness or multi-unit management, with a track record of leading teams and driving results across multiple locations.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Customer Service and Development: Expertise in customer service, staff development, and problem-solving.
Operational Expertise: Skilled in recruiting, training, sales generation, and club operations, with demonstrated success in achieving financial targets.
Financial Acumen: P&L management experience with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Flexibility: Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to upholding company values.
