Precision Running Lab–our most advanced running environment. The air, enriched by an 02 vaporizer. Running data, right at your fingertips. The class, transformed into an out-of-body experience with immersive light and sound and our completely customized Woodway treadmills.

Our revolutionary indoor running lab class is only available in Santa Monica, CA and Boston, MA and is rapidly expanding. Runners come to us to experience breakthroughs and unlock their full potential - on and off the treadmill. PRL Boston is seeking high energy, enthusiastic, and all-around fitness pros with big personalities and a passion for running to join our team.

The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along with the course of employment.

• Deliver the Equinox Experience to our runners in each class;
• Adhere to the description of the class
• Ensure class begins and ends on time;
• Assist runners with technical/mechanical support on the treadmill to maximize their experience
• Coach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum;
• Communicate with Precision Running Lab Manager on feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification;
• Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populations and ACSM Guidelines for frequency, intensity, duration, and mode;
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education;
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
