Drive Membership Growth and Retention
Increase Profitability – Lead efforts to grow membership and retain current members by creating an outstanding, community-focused experience.

Optimize Operations for Peak Performance
Strategic Scheduling – Ensure staff coverage during peak and off-peak hours to optimize service and efficiency.
Financial Oversight – Manage payroll, expenses, and records to keep the club running smoothly and profitably.
Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze financial and membership data to identify improvement opportunities and maintain financial targets.
Maintain a Top-Tier Facility
Raise Standards of Excellence – Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring every visit is exceptional.
Proactive Facility Management – Regularly assess the facility, addressing issues immediately to maintain an inspiring environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in health club management with a strong success record.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record in driving revenue and meeting financial targets.
Leadership Skills: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating a high-performance team.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, capable of engaging with staff and members alike.
Personal Qualities: Energetic, personable, enthusiastic, with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility: Available to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
