    Responsibilities

    • Supporting event package logistics, including managing rooming lists, ticketing, and special requests using tools like TPS.

    • Assisting in the sales process, including promoting VIP or upscale packages and identifying upselling opportunities.

    • Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fulfilling orders.

    • Collaborating with the events team on administrative tasks, reporting, and on-site event support.

    • Participating in post-event reviews to identify improvements and provide creative suggestions.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a college degree in a related field such as Sports Management, Business, or Hospitality.

    • Strong interest in customer service, event planning, and/or sales, especially within the sports or travel industries.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and task execution.

    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    • Passion for delivering outstanding service and striving for continuous improvement.

    Program Details

    We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.

    In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

    Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

    Important Dates

    • By December 13-19: Approved internships will post externally.

    • January: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.

    • February 9: Applications will be accepted through this date.

    • February - March: The interview and selection process will take place.

    • The program will be 10 weeks in length.

      • US (June 9 - August 15)

      • EMEA (June 30 - September 5)

    Recruitment Process

    Our process consists of four steps.

    • 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you’re interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?

    • 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected fort he next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.

    • 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.

    • 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

    Eligibility

    Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

    Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

    Pay

    We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.

Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
