Youll help organize and implement safe, fun and entertaining activities and games in our Child Center, and even host birthday parties and other special programs and events. Duties & Responsibilities * Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner * Facilitates organized birthday party activities and ensures children are active, interested and safe throughout the party * Explains and demonstrates games and activities to party participants * Supervises activities during birthday parties, including rock climbing, gym games and swimming * Resolves conflicts in a timely and professional manner * Responds to Member inquiries regarding Life Time policies and procedures * Immediately reports suspicious or inappropriate behaviors or abuse relating to youth Essential Functions * Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time * Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services. * Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs * This job description is subject to change at any time.
