Facility Operations Specialist Life Time Fitness 1,677 reviews - Raleigh, NC Life Time is currently seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to drive success in our Operations Department. As a Facility Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and management of the Operations team. Organizes team members and departments to complete projects and ensure the club facilities are clean, safe, and operating efficiently, while maintaining and repairing fitness equipment and all building related support systems. Responsibilities * Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety * Ensures projects and tasks do not interfere with members' use of the club * Ensures equipment on the fitness floor is working properly * Ensures there are no unsafe conditions on the fitness floor resulting from broken equipment * Maintains the building, pools, electrical work, heating and cooling components and grounds * Repairs basic plumbing, electrical systems and hardware * Utilizes the energy management system to properly temper the balance in the building
