    SUMMARY:

    The M&A Onboarding Coordinator will support with onboarding and integrating new acquisitions while ensuring data accuracy and effective metadata management. This role will be responsible for conducting quality control reviews of large metadata sets and creating detailed sheets by cross-referencing information from various sources. This role will also be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies to enhance onboarding efficiency and contribute to a smooth integration process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct quality control reviews of extensive metadata sheets for the technical redistribution of music catalogs.
    • Construct detailed metadata sheets by cross-referencing information from stakeholders and external sources, including Spotify, Apple, ASCAP, and BMI.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including the M&A team and other departments, to identify and rectify discrepancies in metadata, ensuring all parties are aligned on onboarding goals and progress.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
    • 1+ year experience working with music metadata in a distribution capacity
    • Previous experience working with large sets of metadata
    • Familiarity with Spotify and Apple Music metadata guidelines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
    • Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
    • Strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy
    • Strong data management skills and proficiency with databases and spreadsheets

    PAY SCALE

    • $18.00 - $20.00/hour
