Job Summary
The Overnight Custodian/Housekeeper will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all infrastructure of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all infrastructure areas,
Restrooms, locker room areas, main club mirrors and all floors nightly
High cleaning (fans, signage etc.) weekly.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Repair and/or report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements
Custodial, Housekeeping, and/or Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Ability to work the third shift (10p-6a) Sunday through Thursday is required
Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Able to serve as a universal employee and step in to assist at the desk at any time
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
Completion of Online training and ongoing education
Continual standing and walking during shift.
Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shifts.
Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds.
Will occasionally encounter toxic (cleaning) chemicals.
