    Job Description

    The Procurement Specialist will assist the Design and Architectureteam in new clubs, renovation projects invoicing coordination. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Furniture package procurement - Tracking budgets, deliveries and warehouse inventory.
    • Onboarding new vendors and consultants into our system.
    • Tracking and processing Consultant invoices for the entire department - (Architects, mechanical consultants, renderers etc.)
    • Project management of furniture procurement for each new club locations, along with renovation locations and special projects
    • Establish and maintain relationships with our vendors and consultants.
    • Taking an order from initial quote to confirmed club install including all shipping/delivery updates and aftercare.
    • Obtaining all fire certs and filling forms for furniture items incode compliant required locations
    • Apply and negotiate for trade discounts where applicable.
    • Coordinate projects with current external procurement company
    • Audit budget spreadsheets regularly to ensure budget tracking / balances are up to date and correct
    • Co-ordinate with existing portfolio clubs staff for deliveries and information needed for furniture specifications.
    • Obtain COIs, building and dock delivery requirements.
    • Cross collaboration with our internal AP and procurement team along with other departments to ensure all payments are completed in correct timeframes.
    • Streamline our current invoicing and payment tracking process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    • 4+ years professional experience, preferably in Design industry.
    • Excellent analytical/financial analysis skills
    • Highly proficient with Excel and Microsoft office suite.
    • Detail-oriented, organized and enjoys problem solving.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative.

    Pay Transparency: Min $65K - Max $70K
