As the Workday Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering integrated, HR, payroll, and talent management solutions that drive operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own configuration of the Workday application

• Research solutions based on requests and requirements from the business, present and demonstrate options 

• Drive decision making and recommending best practices related to Workday, HCM, Absence and Time Tracking business processes

• Ability to balance support issues as well as drive new initiatives 

• Architect Workday HCM to ensure a cohesive solution with consideration to cross functional impacts

• Advise on industry standards and leading practices

• Demonstrate design options  

• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve objectives  

• Ensure Rogue Fitness takes advantage of Workday best practice

​QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking Experience 

• Workday Certifications preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience

• HR knowledge and HR Technology experience in Workday and other HR technologies

• Enough business acumen to understand cross functional dependencies

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
