RESPONSIBILITIES
Own configuration of the Workday application
Research solutions based on requests and requirements from the business, present and demonstrate options
Drive decision making and recommending best practices related to Workday, HCM, Absence and Time Tracking business processes
Ability to balance support issues as well as drive new initiatives
Architect Workday HCM to ensure a cohesive solution with consideration to cross functional impacts
Advise on industry standards and leading practices
Demonstrate design options
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve objectives
Ensure Rogue Fitness takes advantage of Workday best practice
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking Experience
Workday Certifications preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience
HR knowledge and HR Technology experience in Workday and other HR technologies
Enough business acumen to understand cross functional dependencies
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
