Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to perform the sales and prize validation duties required to service customers in the day-to-day operations of the GLC kiosks located at GLC Headquarters and the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Duties include, but are not limited to: selling/validating tickets and processing claims in accordance with established GLC policies and procedures; maximizing sales and providing quality customer service.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
Perform the sales and prize validation duties required to service customers in the day-to-day operations of the GLC kiosks located at GLC Headquarters and the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
Duties include but are not limited to: selling/validating tickets and processing claims in accordance with established GLC policies and procedures.
Maximize sales and provide quality customer service.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service. Cash handling, and clerical or office experience (i.e. retail, banking). Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
