    Job Description

    General Description

    The Test Engineer I position is intended to be a technical resource within the ArcLight test team that can function independently or within a team working with senior engineers and less experienced engineers.
    Primary responsibilities / Tasks

    • Perform new functionality and regression tests
    • Test APIs, user interfaces, mobile services, and mobile applications
    • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues when test failure observed
    • Create clearly written defect reports to enable quick reproduction and resolution to issues
    • Implement new test automation scripts
    • Familiar with Android SDK command and Qualcomm Tool
    • Assist in on-going process improvement efforts related to quality
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience with R&S CMW 500 or equivalent CMW equipment.

    • Experience with other lab equipment such as ANITE/SPIRENT/KEYSIGHT or similar.

    • Experience with National Instruments power monitor or similar power monitor equipment.

    • Experience with Agilent and HP power supply equipment.

    • Experience with Agilent Communication Analyzer equipment.

    • Ability to work as an individual contributor on multiple projects.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to process a large amount of data to optimize business strategies and decisions.

    • 1-3 year of experience in manual testing and/or automation testing.

    • Lab testing experience and familiar with Android SDK and Qualcomm tools for logs collection.

    • Familiar with Jira ticketing system

    Education requirements:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
