    Job Description

    • Serves as Equipment Specialist (Provisioner) with responsibility for provisioning requirements, to include Provisioning Parts List, Engineering Data for Provisioning, Design Change Notices and Repair Parts and Special Tools List.
    • Ensures quality and accuracy of provisioning logistics data.
    • Maintains awareness of all programs assigned and monitors outputs to ensure compliance with priorities, applicable regulations, and program schedules.
    • Develops and processes Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Federal Logistics Information System, Weapon System Support Program, Power Log J, and Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) Property Accountability Bill of Material transactions.
    • Collaborates with Program Manager (PM) or Weapon System Team in development of integrated Logistics Support plans, which address all of the principal elements of support for provisioning aspects of the total system life cycle.
    • Provides provisioning direction and guidance concerning the logistic support analysis of assigned weapon system, coordinating appropriately with the first line supervisor and chain of command.
    • Supports provisioning conferences and attends meetings as a representative of CECOM LCMC concerning assigned weapon system to ensure quality of data uploaded as the Provisioning Parts List (PPL).

Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Experience developing and processing Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). 2) Experience reviewing Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP). 3) Experience providing technical advice for new or additional repair parts; 4) Experience evaluating and processing acquisition deliverables and/or sustainment actions. This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 05 in the broadband. The Control Point for this position is equivalent to GS-13 step 5 at $133,692 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent' s salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
