    Job Description

    • Identifies workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors in order to develop short and long-range programs, processes, strategies, and plans
    • Analyzes data from multiple sources to determine current improvements and establish new programs and processes
    • Evaluates the costs of various programs and projects and briefs proposed expenditures to Leadership
    • Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees on the team based on priorities
    • Develops and coordinates Talent Management programs such as: Recruitment, Outreach, Hiring, Wellness, Events Planning, Workforce Development, and Training
