Job Description

• You are responsible for mission workload accomplished through various engineering services contracts.
• Exercises authority to initiate, plan, direct and execute support activities of the Command related to the assigned mission.
• Distributes work according to resource needs and availability and initiates contract support as required.
• Interviews and makes selections for subordinate positions, including supervisory positions.
• Exercises position management responsibilities to ensure compliance with the principles and requirements of sound position management.
• Participates fully in the overall management of USAISEC to include formulation of plans and policy, long range programs, and organization changes.
• Develops, presents and defends policy and program changes which have far reaching impact on the long term mission and goals of the Command.
