In partnership with our various analytic line of business functions, DATA MANAGEMENT AND INSIGHTS (DMI) and the Analytics community across the Enterprise is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.

    The ENTERPRISE ANALYTICS PROGRAM focuses on early career opportunities where you can expect to gain overall business acumen, analytics skill development, and organizational and professional development in a data- and analytics-driven environment. As an associate, you’ll navigate Wells Fargo’s analytic community through cross-function collaboration, senior leader exposure, along with personal and professional development through our enterprise diversity and innovation work streams. Upon successful graduation of the development program, associates will be aligned to a team within a data management & insights or business analytic function. Placement is based on a combination of performance, prowess, and educational and technical background.

    PROGRAM DURATION: JULY 2020 – AUGUST 2021

    Over the course of 12 months, you can expect the following:

    • ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE: Working as part of a high-performing team in your business group is how you will gain in-depth experience as an associate.  You will begin to build your analytical and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team’s day-to-day activities.

    • PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT: You will be matched with a partner who will be your mentor or coach, available to answer your questions, help you through challenging situations, and support you throughout the course of the 12-month program.

    • COHORT EXPERIENCE: You and your fellow associates will have exposure to senior leaders spanning the ALC functions relevant to your background and experience. This will include a virtual speaker series, in-person meet & greets, as well as direct leader connections to provide insight into how to make the most of your experience while you get to learn about trends in the evolving analytic community.

    • ORGANIZATION NETWORKING ACTIVITIES: We promote community involvement and networking with other associates. You will have the opportunity to create lasting professional relationships, build your network, and take advantage of a diverse and rapidly growing workforce.

       

      *** Those considered for the program will be a recent graduate or a Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation in DECEMBER 2019 – MAY/JUNE 2020***

  • Qualifications

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry
    • Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions
    • Demonstrated interest in the fields of one or more of the following: Information Technology, STEM, Statistics, Economics, Finance, and/or Analytics
    • Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation in DECEMBER 2019 – MAY/JUNE 2020
    • BA/BS degree candidate with major concentration in one of the following fields: Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Sciences, Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Physics, Quantitative Analysis, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
