Our Proud to Be Early Insights Program seeks to provide undergraduate students who identify as part of the LGBT+ community with a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm. This program offers education and networking, earlier consideration for 2023 summer internships and the opportunity to receive a financial award for successful candidates who go on to receive a summer internship offer. We welcome applications from all majors who have an interest in financial services and meet the following criteria:
What is an Early Insights Program (EIP)?
We offer opportunities for sophomore students (called Early Insights Programs or EIPs) to explore potential career paths within our company. These programs will immerse you in one of the top financial services firms in the world. You’ll learn about the industry and the important role we play in it. You’ll expand your network and meet people who will support you in your career journey.
What to Expect?
Through this virtual experience, you will gain a better understanding of our firm and how to have a successful career here. You will have an opportunity to learn more deeply about summer internship programs offered in our various Lines of Business, including the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), Commercial Bank (CB), Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), and the Corporate Functions. Some applications for summer internships have already opened, while others will open across the spring.
