BlackRock offers two accelerated tracks for students graduating between August 2023 and July 2024 and interested in our Summer Internship Program. Candidates eligible for either or both tracks will have the chance to participate in informational sessions, as well as secure a summer internship offer in the early weeks of the fall semester.

BlackRock Founders Scholarship Fast-Track

• Eligible students: Those who self-identify as Black or African American, Latinx or Hispanic, Native American, LGBTQ+ and/or having a disability
• Students who secure an internship will have the opportunity to be considered for a merit award of $20,000

3. Receive a link to complete a coding assessment (for software engineering applicants) or virtual cover letter
4. Receive instructions on how to be considered for the merit award

Fast-Track to FinTech

• Eligible students: Those who self-identify as female
• For students interested in data analytics, risk management, and/or technology
