Mizuho Americas Investment & Corporate Banking Division is pleased to host our annual Sophomore Women in Banking event, a diversity recruiting program that empowers sophomore women to boldly step into a career in investment and corporate banking.
Mizuho Americas Investment & Corporate Banking Division’s Sophomore Women in Banking program is a structured, in-person, three-day professional development program that showcases the unique experience of working for a large global bank with a rapidly growing U.S. footprint. During the event, you’ll discover what it takes to work in investment and corporate banking, the types of roles that exist at Mizuho and how you can be a part of its next generation of female leaders. Selected students will be considered for an accelerated interview process for our 2025 summer internship program.

2025 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Our 11-week summer internship program offers placement in one of three regions, rotations across two industry and/or product groups, technical skills training, networking events and much more.
