    Mr. Cooper's summer internship program offers college students the chance to discover what it's like to work at a leading financial services organization. Our interns deliver innovative solutions to real business challenges and build enduring relationships with their manager and an assigned mentor. While gaining insight into the industry, interns are immediately part of Mr. Cooper's collaborative culture.     The Client Services Intern will be involved in real projects for both internal and external customers. They will learn the entire process of creating brand communications, including strategy, creative execution, and production.

    Roles and Responsibilities 

    • Involvement in the strategic development and messaging coordination of projects end to end, including brief development, planning and executing campaigns with results.
    • Working with internal partners to make sure projects and campaigns are executed with data learning, customer insights and brand compliance.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications 

    • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2025)  
    • Majoring in marketing or related degree
    • Successfully completed marketing and communications coursework
    • Interested in strategy and brand building
    • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)

          

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Proven ability as a self-starter and a willingness to take ownership is essential to success.
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
    • Gets things moving and keeps them on track.
