Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: (4-6 WEEKS TRAINING ON SITE IN AUBURNDALE, MA)
Client Services Representative answers incoming calls from clients and creditors related to accounts enrolled in ACCC’s debt management program. Representatives will research issues for clients and or creditors for clients to obtain the full benefits of the DMP program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answers incoming calls and chats from clients and/or creditors relating to ACCC’s services.
2. Contact clients that have missing documentation needed for DMP enrollment.
3. Contact creditors that have not responded or accepted ACCC’s proposals.
4. Research creditor issues for clients to maintain creditor benefits.
5. Process payments over the phone
6. Add new creditors for DMP enrollment.
7. Adhere to the appropriate phone monitoring guidelines when speaking with clients.
8. Other duties, as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
REGULAR HOURS: Monday - Thursday Noon - 8:00, Fridays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or Monday – Thursday 11 am – 7:00 pm, Fridays 10-6
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
