Maybe they are having problems logging into their online banking account. Or maybe their debit card isn't working. Or perhaps they are wondering how to apply for a car loan. No matter what the situation, as a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Amplify, you will be there to help them when they call. You are the warm voice on the other end of the line who ensures their questions are answered, their needs are met, and they leave the conversation knowing more than they did when they called.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO WORK A VARIABLE SCHEDULE OF 40 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 A.M. AND 5:30 P.M. CENTRAL TIME, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND 9:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME ON ROTATING SATURDAYS.
THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE TO WORK ON A 100% REMOTE BASIS IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
