DESCRIPTION

Our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Debt Capital Markets (DCM) analysts are key members of our team that supports FIG clients across North America. Primary responsibilities include capital markets & capital structure analysis, preparation of presentation materials and transaction execution. Specific to FIG, the analyst will gain an understanding of the rating agency and regulatory capital factors which drive decision making. Our analysts also support senior originators' client coverage and that includes HSBC's origination effort in Environmental, Social & Goverance (ESG) labeled issuance format.
ABOUT US
FIG DCM originates, structures and executes fixed income related transactions on behalf of investment grade issuers. The group works closely with Global Banking sector coverage, leveraged finance & solutions teams to recommend and execute transactions for HSBC's client
QUALIFICATIONS:
