SUMMARY:
Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing Teller duties. Performs sales support activities for sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: May be required to register and maintain loan originator license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Submit fingerprints, update registry and complete annual training required of licensed individuals.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school education or equivalent and one year related sales and service experience required. Must have an interest in sales and exceptional customer service skills. Must have good working knowledge of personal deposit products and services and basic knowledge of our consumer loan products. Requires basic financial acumen. Requires proficiency with various computer systems and similar technology. Bilingual/Spanish required.
