Job Description
Visa is seeking a proactive product, business, and commercial lawyer to join its growing legal team that supports Visa’s Value-Added Services organization. The position is for an Associate Counsel, who will report to a Senior Managing Counsel, Visa Legal, Value-Added Services
The role includes responsibility for providing commercial legal support for Visa’s issuer processing platform, either as the lead commercial attorney or as part of a small team of experienced counsel. Products and services include Visa’s new and existing Value-Added Services relating to issuer processing products. The attorney will work closely with other experienced Visa lawyers and compliance professionals and regularly engage directly with business clients

The role is based in Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO or Austin, TX.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $152,900 to $195,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
