Researches and resolves complex benefits, leaves of absence and/or retirement programs. Administers leaves of absence benefit time and benefits enrollment. Prepares premium payments or fund transfers, as applicable. Conducts new hire orientation. Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal resources and outside vendors. Assist with projects as needed. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Business/Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent education, training or experience) required. EXPERIENCE Three to five years of experience in an employee benefits environment required. Exposure to various benefits administrative databases. SKILLS Detailed oriented. Demonstrated interpersonal skills required to handle sensitive and confidential matters involving employees and management. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Competency with various software programs. Able to both work independently and as part of a team in a well-organized fashion. Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines. Detail oriented.
